SOLORO's vision is to capture unique expressions of spirit from the soil, vines and people involved in our limited production wines. This year's Syrah marries dark chocolate, jammy raspberries, black cherries and a hint of spicy pepper. Natural fruit flavors and bright acidity make this Syrah quite food friendly. This wine is 95% Syrah and 5% Grenache.
